Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. Ufortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have gone by since your purchase. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (including original packaging). To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please use the Contact Form to initiate a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Form.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong size. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please use the Contact Form to initiate an exchange.
Shipping (Domestic)
The following applies to customers from United Kingdom and European Union. Shipping costs for domestic customers are free. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. On average you should expect your product within 3-5 business days. We will also send you tracking details. To return your product you should use the Contact Form. We offer free returns for domestic customers and will shortly send you shipping labels.
Shipping (International)
The following applies to customers from United States and Canada. Shipping costs for international customers are GBP10. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. On average you should expect your product within 5-7 business days. We will also send you tracking details. To return your product you should use the Contact Form. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Privacy policy
All of our products are handmade to order and all sales are final. The items presented by the brand “Flat Four Studios” are made by skilled craftsmen and since they are made by hand, variations in colour and shape are possible. The product photos are as accurate as possible but they cannot ensure a complete similarity with the item shown. Please read the products description carefully. If needed feel free to ask for more pictures or information. All of our products are made of leather, a natural material which sometimes might contain irregularities and minor imperfections such as wrinkles, which however add to the uniqueness of your handmade item. Our shoes are true to size hence we recommend to order the size you are used to wearing.
Ordering
All orders are final. You can change or modify your order within the first 48 hours. Our company is not responsible for any incorrect data (name, telephone, shipping address) that customers provide to our system.
Payments
Payments should be made during checkout. We accept payments only through PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
